Note Club of Rome is on the Left Side of the Round Table and answers to British Royals.  This is actually the structure of the British Empire which does not show the countries under its’ control.  All countries are under its’ control except the White countries in the LaRouche map below:

Russia & China are not under British Empire Control.  For example Ukraine would’ve had a peace treaty years ago but Boris Johnson (U.K.) flew in to order Zelensky not to have a peace treaty with Russia-Putin.  Same with the U.S. diplomats under control of the British.
