Trans ID’d Male, Maria Childers, Raped an Infant and Got Off With a Misdemeanor Protected By the United States of Satan
Most don’t go to prison. This trans identified man who r-ped an inf-nt in his care has avoided a prison sentence by agreeing to a plea deal.
25-year-old trans-identified male, Maria Childers, was employed at a
ch-ldren’s day-care centre in Paducah, Kentucky admittedly r-ped a new born inf-nt in his care there.
Police became involved after the Department of Community Based Services received an anonymous call from a witness, reportedly one of Childers’ colleagues at the facility. This witness saw Childers s-xually violating the

Maria Childers
The citation from the Paducah Police Department detailed the complaint (referring to Childers with female pronouns). According to the report a co-worker was stunned to have walked in as he was violating the inf-nt and It was crying in extreem distress. The witness reported that Childers was rubbing the inf-nt’s g-nital area in a ‘circular motion’ and p-netrating her with his finger and then when caught he said “She likes it. It just made her day”.
Following the initial complaint, a police officer visited the daycare centre to interview witnesses. After speaking to a number of staff, they were able to corroborate the anonymous report. Childers was subsequently arrested and charged with one count of 1st Degree S-xual Abuse of a Victim Under 12 and three counts of 1st Degree Criminal Abuse of a Ch-ld Under 12.
Childers’ s-x was initially recorded as male by both police and prison. However, documentation reveals that is was later altered to ‘female’ at the Jail.
The lawyer Childers chose to defend him is a prominent trans activist, Madison Leach who began ‘identifying as a woman’ six years ago.
Madison Leach
Leach submitted a motion to reduce Childers’ bond, and the motion was approved and Childers was released from custody.
It appears that Childers then struck a plea deal with prosecutors. In exchange for pleading guilty, his charge of 1st Degree S-xual Abuse of a Victim Under 12 was amended to Class A Misdemeanour S-xual Misconduct, and the remaining charges were dropped. Childers was given a 12-month penalty, but the judge imposed a conditional discharge for 6 months. If Childers abides by the court’s conditions during his six-month period and does not r-pe any more ch-ldren he will avoid incarceration and may not even receive a criminal record!
Without a criminal record that means he can get another job working with
inf-nts and ch-ldren again!
