My Comment:  US has created waves of starving desperate people all over the world:

30 Million Dead and 70 Million Homeless-This is how we help other nations and spread Democracy! The terrorized little boy in the feature picture had his head sawed off by Terrorists Supported by Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton with a knife.  The child was in a hospital and was kidnapped by these Terrorists.
