O’BAMA Funded Mind Control For the Masses With BRAIN
In 2013, President Obama funded a whopping $4.5 Billion for the Brain Research through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies (BRAIN) Initiative to the National Institute of Health ALONE as billions more for federal agencies to quickly develop plans to make it reality. To kick-start the project, the president allocated about $100 million to BRAIN, spread over the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Science Foundation, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
It is a “no brainer” to understand that much of this funding will go towards further development of mind control slavery and mass mind control research by DARPA, the military technology research arm as welll as NIH. (Source)
