Posted on August 5, 2019Over the weekend, the British Empire’s classical “strategy of tension” and irregular warfare escalated in Hong Kong, in Moscow, and in the United States with two new mass shootings—one on Saturday in an El Paso shopping center (20 killed and 26 wounded), and another early Sunday morning outside a bar in Dayton (9 killed and dozens wounded). In the Dayton case, the suspect, who was wearing body armor, was shot dead by police; in the El Paso incident, the perpetrator was arrested and, according to media accounts, is a white nationalist who said he wanted to kill as many Mexicans as possible.READ MORE
