Posted on August 5, 2019Over the weekend, the British Empire’s classical “strategy of tension” and irregular warfare escalated in Hong Kong, in Moscow, and in the United States with two new mass shootings—one on Saturday in an El Paso shopping center (20 killed and 26 wounded), and another early Sunday morning outside a bar in Dayton (9 killed and dozens wounded).
