| Have you heard of the Black Budget? Well, it’s a secret set of projects that are paid for by taxpayer dollars, yet no one gets to know what the money is being spent on. In 2019, president Trump requested $81.1 billion for black budget expenditures. While this is allegedly all the money that will be used towards black budget projects, is it? Research done by multiple journalists and government workers, like Catherine Austin Fitts, has shown that it’s not just billions being spent on the black budget, it’s trillions. And it appears money is being siphoned from taxpayers, and no one in government, including the president, knows what’s going on or where the money is being spent. Why is this important? | Julian Assange Arrested Partly For United States Extradition Warrant |
| The WikiLeaks founder is responsible for awakening the world to the corruption and secrets of government and powerful elite was arrested this week after spending years in asylum via the Ecuadorian embassy. The latest is, he was arrested partly in connection with a US extradition warrant. While some point to this as Assange coming to the US to testify against the powerful elite, evidence for this remains to be seen, and given Chelsea Manning has been serving prison time since early March 2019, we might want to look at this as a time for deep questioning. Do we want to live in a world that arrests journalists for truth-telling? Do we want to live in a world where parental authority figures decide how our world work, how our economy functions and how much debt we owe? Do we want to live in a world where we are stuck in having to work simply to survive?
