Colin Powell past away today. He was my commanding officer in Panama, he was also the officer involved in the PAK-1 assassination of their President. He was the one in the chase plane to pick up the assassin who planted the bomb but instead he was confronted with me on the ground with the Chute I tore off his assassins’ back, the officer with him was going to shoot me but Colin said I deserved to live after pulling that off. They later found out the CIA was involved in compromising the Pak president so they could force him to stop all aid to Afghan rebels fighting against the USSR. in the summer of 1987 I ended the cold war and stopping support to them was part of the agreement. Powell was upset about the fact he killed a few of his own due to branches of the military not communicating. This event changed the way top secret operations were shared between the heads of every branches and communicating between one another before launching any operations over sea’s. Below is a photo of Powell with me walking behind him. It was in 1988 after finding me on the ground with the assassins’ chute that the DIA started using me.
Comment: This is how MKUltra’s are disposed of-by sending them on impossible missions where no one can survive. Since Randy was taken out of school without ever finishing high school he does tend to make grammatical errors. He was being used as an MKUltra assassin at the age of 13. MKUltra=Manufactured Killer Utilizing Lethal Tradecraft Requiring Assassination. Even Psychopaths sometimes do good things as Psychopath Powell Saved Randy’s life and Randy is turning out to be Whistleblower Extraordinaire! 🙂
