As might be anticipated from its heavily Democratic majority, on Monday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia rejected Michael Flynn’s mandamus petition to end his case and sent it back down to the District Court. There, U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan will have a choice as to whether or not to continue his outrageous misconduct against General Flynn on behalf of Barack Obama. Flynn’s attorney, Sidney Powell, tweeted that the decision was a “blow to the rule of law.”

Two judges dissented, Karen L. Henderson and Neomi Rao. They had previously granted the mandamus petition. Mandamus is an extraordinary writ, granted only on very rare occasions, to compel the performance of a legal duty. In this case, it was the obligation of Judge Sullivan to dismiss the case against Flynn when the Justice Department had dropped the charges.

The Court of Appeals, striving to put “lipstick on the pig” regarding Judge Sullivan’s completely obvious bias, claimed that since Sullivan had not yet ruled on the Justice Department’s motion to dismiss, Flynn was premature in asking for mandamus. He could come back if Sullivan did anything outrageous.

Judge Henderson, in her dissent, argued that Sullivan had demonstrated extraordinary bias ever since he claimed, at Flynn’s sentencing for making false statements to the FBI, that Flynn was guilty of treason. Judge Rao said that Judge Sullivan’s decision to appoint an amicus, former U.S. District Judge John Gleeson, to argue for continued prosecution of the case against Flynn violated the separation of powers.

Gleeson, a full fledged member of RESIST, has published editorials claiming that Attorney General William Barr’s decision to dismiss the Flynn case was a “corrupt” act on behalf of Donald Trump. Sullivan had also asked him to explore whether Flynn could be charged with perjury for withdrawing his guilty plea, an outrageous proposition since guilty pleas are withdrawn all the time without penalty. Barr’s decision to drop the case was based on overwhelming evidence that Flynn was innocent—evidence only disclosed after the conclusion of the totally corrupt Mueller investigation.

As the declassified revelations concerning the Flynn case make clear, Flynn was and is a direct target of Barack Hussein Obama. Flynn, the former Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, knew about the Obama Administration’s role in the creation of ISIS and would, undoubtedly, figure out and document the spy operations, conducted directly from the Oval Office, in collaboration with British intelligence, on the Trump Campaign. Flynn had vowed to completely overhaul the corrupt U.S. intelligence community and had to be taken out.

Flynn’s former attorneys, Covington and Burling, had charged him millions of dollars for a defense to Mueller’s Foreign Agents Registration Act and false statement charges and suffered under a legal conflict of interest. Former Attorney General and Obama “wingman,” Eric Holder is a partner at the firm. Flynn pled guilty after Mueller threatened his son with prosecution and his legal fees had bankrupted his family.

Recent revelations in the British trial of a case against the author of the dirty dossier against Trump, Christopher Steele, have also cast more light on the role of David Kramer, John McCain’s key aide, in operations against Donald Trump and Michael Flynn.

Kramer didn’t just leak the dirty MI6 Steele novella about Trump and Russia to Buzzfeed for international publication just ahead of the President’s inauguration. He was in active collaboration with Steele in surfacing the defamatory and completely false claim, authored by Sir Richard Dearlove, Christopher Andrew, and FBI/CIA/MI6 informant Stefan Halper that Flynn had had a sexual fling with Russian historian Svetlana Lokhova in 2014. The chosen reporter: David Ignatius of the Washington Post, the same scribe for the CIA, MI6 and corrupt sections of the military, implicated in the FBI/Obama White House setup of Flynn for his completely legal conversations with Russian Ambassador Kislyak.

DNI John Ratcliffe says he has referred multiple classified leak investigations to the Department of Justice and is planning, imminently, to declassify more documents. Stay tuned. Much more is about to come to light.
