The news this morning is all about the pending indictment of Julian Assange, the founder of Wikileaks, by the United States Department of Justice. Wittingly or unwittingly the Justice Department revealed the existence of a sealed indictment of Assange in a pleading it filed in a related case in the Eastern District of Virginia.
