77th Holistic Doctor Shot Dead In Her AZ Home With Her Entire Family

Posted: 14 Nov 2017 12:00 AM PST

Dr. Annie Fairbanks, a holistic doctor practicing out of Arizona, was found shot dead in her home with husband Jason Fairbanks, 3 year old daughter and 9 month old son. This makes the 77th holistic doctor to have been found dead in this way over the past couple of years.

Sgt. Ben Hoster, a spokesman for the Scottsdale Police Department, stated that the police do not believe any other parties are involved. This essentially means there are no suspects and that this is likely a murder-suicide.

Even the local paper is calling it that. Oddly, this statement and conclusion was made just hours after the incident took place, hardly giving anyone enough time to make a call like that.

“This is an isolated incident,” Hoster told reporters during a news conference in the neighbourhood on Friday afternoon.  “We do not believe there are any outstanding suspects.”

Ex-Facebook Chief Sean Parker Warns Site Was Built To Exploit People’s Weaknesses

Facebook. It’s something that over 1.8 Billion people are using on a daily basis — can you believe that?

For many of us, it’s the first thing we do when we wake up, and the last thing we do before we go to bed at night. Is this a healthy relationship?

There is no doubt that Facebook has connected all of us on a level that may have previously been unimaginable. Without Facebook, a lot of important information would not have been seen. It presented a platform to share so much information and so many ideas.

How Did This Happen?

But, was this all by mistake? Was Facebook solely created to connect College kids, and simply exploded from there? Was it an accident? Were there sinister intentions behind its creation or did all those, if any, creep in after its success?

Schooling Was for the Industrial Era, Unschooling is for the Future

Our current compulsory schooling model was created at the dawn of the Industrial Age. As factories replaced farm work and production moved swiftly outside of homes and into the larger marketplace, 19th century American schooling mirrored the factories that most students would ultimately join.

The bells and buzzers signaling when students could come and go, the tedium of the work, the straight lines and emphasis on conformity and compliance, the rows of young people sitting passively at desks while obeying their teachers, the teachers obeying the principal, and so on — all of this was designed for factory-style efficiency and order.

The Imagination Age

The trouble is that we have left the Industrial Era for the Imagination Age, but our mass education system remains fully entrenched in factory-style schooling. By many accounts, mass schooling has become even more restrictive than it was a century ago, consuming more of childhood and adolescence than at any time in our history.
