Traumatized Women Sent to Prison In USA-Not Given Medical Assistance in Land of Draconia
I did not expect to see the commonality in the threads of these prisoners’ lives. Nearly every woman I interviewed (around 100) had a serious history of trauma or abuse in her life, emotional abuse or sexual abuse or domestic violence. Many had been raped. More than a third of the women entering the prison system were homeless, while 70 percent had moderate or severe mental illness.
I also didn’t expect the women to be as tremendously resilient as they are. I expected to hear “Help me!” or “I can’t take it anymore!” or “I’m going to kill myself!” They didn’t do that. … Instead, they often said, “This isn’t just about me” … they have a real sense of responsibility for each other.
If you are a rapist the USA is heaven cuz this is a crime you can get away with-98% of the time rapists aren’t tried and put in prison…this is why there are so many child rapists on the loose as emphasized in Nancy Grace’s report of August 7, 2015. She reports a child killed in the public bathroom at a family reunion. This Oceanside killer’s God is Satan and he is a Satanist. When he stated he needed a pure child for a “sacrifice” he is talking about Satanism although this is not explained on the show. This country has become so insane I wouldn’t be surprised to see these defendants claim religious freedom to murder children for their “God” Satan.
On Level 3 Sex Offenders:
In Minnesota, a Level 3 Predatory Offender is a registered predatory offender who has been determined prior to release from prison to be a higher risk of re-offending. One example of a Level 3 Sex Offender is Alfonso Rodriguez, Jr., the man who kidnapped and murdered Dru Sjodin. When a Level 3 offender is released from prison, there is a community meeting where the offender is going to live so that citizens know information about this person who will be living in their community. Tracking of information regarding predatory offenders is the responsibility of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
In Massachusetts:
Level 1 Sex Offenders
Where the Sex Offender Registry Board determines that the risk of reoffense by an offender is low and the degree of dangerousness posed to the public by that offender is not such that a public safety interest is served by public availability, the Board shall give that offender a Level 1 designation. Information on Level 1 offenders will not be available to the public. Neither the police nor the Board have authority to disseminate information to the general public identifying a Level 1 offender. Information identifying Level 1 offenders may only be given to the Department of Correction, any county correctional facility, the Department of Youth Services, the Department of Social Services, the Parole Board, the Department of Probation and the Department of Mental Health, all city and town police departments and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for law enforcement purposes.
Level 2 Sex Offenders
Where the Board determines that the risk of reoffense is moderate and the degree of dangerousness posed to the public is such that a public safety interest is served by public availability of registration information, it shall give a level 2 designation to the sex offender.
The public shall have access to the information regarding a level 2 offender through the Local Police Department and through the Sex Offender Registry Board for Level 2 offenders classified after July 12,2013.
Level 3 Sex Offenders
Where the Board determines that the risk of reoffense is high and the degree of dangerousness posed to the public is such that a substantial public safety interest is served by active dissemination, it shall give a level 3 designation to the sex offender.
The public shall have access to the information regarding a level 3 offender through the Local Police Departments and through the Sex Offender Registry Board.
What kind of political leaders do we have that they think so little of children they allow Level 3 Sex offenders on the streets to reoffend? Sex offenders are the ones who progress to the next level: Murder when they decide they don’t want to be caught.
