Comment:  Dr. Jolly West was a leading programmer of mind controlled slaves in Hollywood.  He programmed many a Big Star Monarch and MKULTRA slaves including a very well known A lister Actress.  Drugs, hypnosis, Torture and threats were used for programming.  Slaves are routinely framed & blackmailed as well.  This is inside information as CIA has sealed and classified all their SLAVERY projects involving Monarch & MKULTRA projects.  Our gov’t are just a bunch of HUGE hypocrites.  They don’t care anything about human rights.  They just use this lingo to convince gullible Americans to support them as they invade other countries and steal all the resources for their crooked corporations.  Most of the corporations are actually owned by the Deep State which includes Anglo-Dutch Monarchies, 13 Satanic Families, CIA, NSA, FBI and all corrupt alphabet agencies.

I recall the other unusual detail about Jolly West’s death is that it was a folie-a-Deux: Jolly and his wife, Kay West, PhD, suicided together. Kay West was a prominent psychologist and for a time Chief Psychologist at the VA Brentwood, which was affiliated with UCLA Psychiatry where Jolly was Director. So they were a Psych and UCLA Power Couple. They also ran Tavistock training programs for residents and interns which were extremely “experiential.” I was a postdoctoral fellow at Harbor UCLA and attended their intensive Tavistock weekend and it was intense. Tavistock is a psychoanalytic institution in London that studies unconscious group process, but was scandalized lately for their involvement in gender transitioning of children. PS I also did est in the 80’s and the Tavistock weekend had similarities to it.

Louis Jolyon “Jolly” West was a prominent American psychiatrist and professor of psychiatry who conducted studies on the effects of mind control and psychological torture for the CIA’s infamous MKULTRA program. He is best known for his involvement with accused assassin Jack Ruby and his role in the infamous Ruby assassination trial. West’s research focused on the effects of trauma, hypnosis, and mind control on victims of torture. The Shaver case was in San Antonio. I know because the bar he was at was the same one my maternal grandfather went to. He was also “treated” for alcoholism by Dr. West. He eventually retired from the Army Air Corps but almost immediately left for Vietnamese language lessons at Fort Deitrich prepping to go to Vietnam for USAID. He dead the day he was supposed to leave. Both his wrists had been cut from radius to ulnar and from his wrist to the inner part of his elbow. They said it was a suicide. My family never believed it.

Comment:  About Airman Shaver and Jolly West both being at Lackland Air Force Base:  The secret records of MKUltra experiments at the air base were missing the records filed under “S”, the first letter of the airman’s last name. Suspicion persists whether this airman, who was executed for the crime, had been given LSD.5
