Brits Homicidal at Danger of U.S. Being Brought into New Paradigm
March 7 (EIRNS)—You have to ask yourself: Why are the British so out-of-control apoplectic, that they are willing to totally expose themselves as they deploy to topple, or kill, President Trump?
It is, after all, the British Empire’s hand that is directly evident in these efforts, as Lyndon LaRouche has repeatedly stressed.
It was British intelligence that began “investigating” Trump’s purported links to Russia almost a year ago, a task picked up by then-CIA Director John Brennan in April 2016 with his multi-agency “get Trump” task force.
It was British intelligence that in August 2016 stepped in—after two to three failed attempts by Obama Administration officials to get Foreign Intelligence Security Act (FISA) warrants sworn out against Trump and Russian diplomats—providing “intelligence leads” that finally got the FISA order issued in October.
It was former British MP Louise Mensch who published an article in late October 2016 headlined “FBI ‘Granted FISA Warrant’ Covering Trump Camp’s Ties to Russia.” Yesterday, Mrs. Mensch, an executive at Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp. who has been “investigating” Trump’s purported ties to Russia for a long time, vociferously denied that her reporting had confirmed Trump’s charges of Obama wiretapping against him.
It was British MI6’s Christopher Steele who fabricated the dodgy dossier jam-packed with lies about Trump’s contacts with Russia, which was then given wide circulation by Brennan and then DNI James Clapper, et al.
It was British Gen. Sir Adrian Bradshaw, #2 at NATO, who last week averred that (non-existent) Russian hacking during the U.S. elections rose to the standard of a violation of Article 5 of the NATO charter, which calls for joint military response against a foreign military attack.
And it was the British Defense Ministry which on March 6 rolled out a major policy initiative for tighter NATO-EU cybersecurity cooperation against Russian cyber attacks and other forms of “hybrid warfare.”
Small wonder, then, that Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told CNN yesterday that what is happening in the U.S. “is something unbelievable, and I don’t actually think it corresponds with our national interests—I mean both interests of the U.S. and Russia…. All this hysteria in public opinion, hysteria in official Washington, hysteria in American media, is doing lots of harm to the future of our bilateral relationship…. It is emotional extremism, of trying to make a toxic country out of Russia.”
What has the British, and their assets such as Obama and Soros, so apoplectic, is the clear and present danger that the U.S. could be brought into the global New Paradigm being forged under the leadership of China and Russia. The Trump administration has created a potential for that to happen, especially through the reestablishment of a sane policy of cooperation with Russia—witness the working meeting yesterday in Turkey of the military chiefs of staff of the U.S., Russia and Turkey. But it is a potential that will only be realized by a dramatic policy swing away from the bankrupt Wall Street and City of London, and towards Glass-Steagall and LaRouche’s Four Laws.
Where LaRouche PAC organizers focus the population’s attention on these central issues, and the need to reestablish a Mission for the Good for the United States, people from all parts of the political spectrum display openness and are responsive.
Lyndon LaRouche today commented on this organizing process in a discussion with associates, noting that such a response is good and natural. Unless there are Obama and similar plants in “Town Hall” and other meetings, the anti-Russia/anti-Trump histrionics don’t work. People recognize the fraud they are being fed—and they are fed up.
The voice of the great German scientist Krafft Ehricke and his call for man’s extraterrestrial imperative, LaRouche said, is like magic. Educating people as to his ideas and legacy is one of the best things to do to return America to its rightful mission for mankind—and to drive the British Empire totally mad with impotent rage.

More on the British Hand behind the ‘Get Trump’ Operation
March 7 (EIRNS)—Louise Mensch, the former British MP who wrote the article on the Heat Street website right before the U.S. elections, headlined “Exclusive: FBI Granted FISA Warrant Covering Trump Camp’s Ties to Russia,” issued tweets yesterday attacking President Trump, and saying that her reporting does not back up Trump’s charges of wiretapping against him by the Obama Administration. Why? Because, she said, the FISA court warrant nowhere mentions the word “wiretap.”
An article in today’s Washington Post notes that Mensch is a top executive at Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp., and has been investigating Trump’s purported links to Russia for a long time. She has also called whistleblower Edward Snowden a “loathsome traitor,” and says she got the information for her article from two separate intelligence community sources, who trust her because she is pro-intelligence community. She describes herself otherwise as a “committed Republican”—she was a Tory in Parliament—who is concerned about a Trump Presidency.
Oh, yes: The misnamed Mensch now lives in New York with her husband Peter Mensch, who is the manager of the big-name heavy-metal rock bands Metallica and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Pat Lang Rips Obama-Neocon ‘Seditious Conspirators’ against Trump
March 7 (EIRNS)—Former Defense Intelligence Agency specialist Pat Lang denounced both Obama’s Attorney General Loretta Lynch and neocon New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof, for advocating criminal activity in their reckless operation to topple the Trump government.
First, Lang reported on his blog “Sic Semper Tyrannis,” that Lynch “has made an impassioned video plea for more marching, blood and death on the streets” to stymie the Trump administration. “So, the former Chief Law Enforcement official of the U.S. is appealing to the mob and imported paid anarchists to commit violence in the U.S. in pursuit of the overthrow of a President who was elected in the existing Constitutional order…. Is this appeal of hers not a criminal inducement to violence?”
Lang continued: “On Monday, Kristof arguably solicited a lowly IRS agent to commit a serious felony by leaking Trump’s tax returns to his newspaper, assuming, of course, his tweet was not merely in jest—though there seems to be little indication that Kristof was joking in the tweet.” Kristof’s tweet read: “But if you’re in IRS and have a certain president’s tax return that you’d like to leak, my address is: NYT, 620 Eighth Ave, NY NY 10018.” Lang added: “It was well-established in the courts during the Obama hunt for leakers, that journalists are immune from prosecution for publishing classified information, but are they also immune for soliciting a felony disclosure of tax returns?”
Senate Judiciary Hearing: Joe McCarthy Would Have Loved It
March 7 (EIRNS)—Senate Democrats turned today’s Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearing for President Trump’s nominees for Deputy and Associate Attorneys General into an anti-Russia rally, demanding the Watergating of President Trump.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions having already been driven to recuse himself from any matters involving alleged Trump team-Russia contact, Democratic Senators were hell-bent on getting the Deputy Attorney General nominee, Rod Rosenstein, to agree to also recuse himself, and name a Special Prosecutor to prosecute Russian interference in the 2016 election.
All Democrats asserted as fact that “the entire intelligence community” agrees there was Russian interference in the election in favor of Trump. All demanded a special prosecutor be named.
Rosenstein was hounded for not having read the discredited 15-page memo issued by Obama’s DCI John Brennan, et al., “proving” the Trump-Russia link. Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT) declared Russian election interference to be just as serious as Watergate.
With this spectacle of descent into “party interests,” one sees the wisdom of George Washington’s strong warnings never to allow “party” interest to subvert the interests of the nation.
Media War against White House Escalates to Threats to Security
March 7 (EIRNS)—On Friday, March 3, the Associated Press published Second Lady Mrs. Pence’s private email address, an obvious breach of security. In response, Vice President Pence’s attorney drafted a letter to AP, stating that this had subjected her to “vitriolic and malicious emails, and raised serious security concerns.” Three days later, yesterday, AP finally responded, with what is characterized by TownHall website as a “non-apology,” saying that they thought the email address was inactive!
From the other side of the media war, Trump press spokesman Sean Spicer, who has been under constant attack by the media that think they are entitled to be unrestrained in their disrespect for the office of the Presidency, has gotten support from others who have been in his shoes, including Bush press secretary Ari Fleisher, and from Mike McCurry, Clinton’s press secretary. Spicer has been attacked for holding “gaggles” for limited media representatives, and “off-camera” briefings. McCurry said that it was he who had allowed the press to bring cameras into the briefings, which he regrets, since they have turned them into “spectacles,” with no serious discussion of policy.
U.K. Defense Ministry Wants Enhanced NATO-EU ‘Cybersecurity Cooperation’ vs. Russia
March 7 (EIRNS)—The Permanent Secretary of the British Defense Ministry Stephen Lovegrove used a presentation at the Atlantic Council in Washington, D.C., yesterday, to present a major British policy initiative to step up NATO-EU cybersecurity cooperation against Russia.
“Against evermore complex problems, we must bring together military and non-military responses to invigorate the strategic relationship between NATO and the EU, including cooperation on cybersecurity and boosting cooperation counter-hybrid capabilities,” Lovegrove stated, specifically citing alleged threats from Russia’s “hybrid model” of warfare.
Also yesterday, Defense Secretary Michael Fallon spoke in Brussels on the same policy initiative, urging NATO and the EU to work together more closely on cybersecurity. He emphasized that Brexit would not affect Britain’s security cooperation with other countries. As The Hill explained, “Russia’s cyber and influence campaign targeting the United States Presidential election has stoked fears about the potential for future cyberattacks aimed at European elections.”
New WikiLeaks Release: The CIA and More Cyberespionage
March 7 (EIRNS)—WikiLeaks made public over 8,000 documents today, reportedly taken from the CIA’s Center for Cyber Intelligence, and code-named “Vault7.” Although all the details have not yet been digested by the media, there are reports that the documents have descriptions of U.S. cyberespionage “tools,” CBS News reports, such as new and exciting hacking programs. In addition to reading everyone’s emails and listening to their phone conversations, the documents include a discussion about “how to compromise smart televisions and turn them into improvised surveillance devices,” by installing cameras in the TVs, which could be watching you, even when you are not watching it, and how to “subvert American software products and smartphones,” AP reports. New tools for hacking into even the most secure and heavily encrypted systems are being tested.
“There’s no question that there’s a fire drill going on right now” at the CIA, said Jake Williams, a security analyst with Rendition Infosec in Augusta, Georgia. “It wouldn’t surprise me that there are people changing careers—and ending careers—as we speak.” WikiLeaks says the material was circulated among former U.S. government hackers and contractors and that one of them provided WikiLeaks with portions of the archive. WikiLeaks is promising to make additional documents available shortly.
It would seem that President Trump could use this as an opportunity to clean house at the CIA and elsewhere, proposing there be an end to the domestic spying activities of U.S. intelligence agencies.

Military Chiefs of Turkey, U.S., Russia Meet in Turkey
March 7 (EIRNS)—It is clear the Trump Administration’s new Middle East policy has begun. The military chiefs of Turkey, the United States, and Russia held a tripartite meeting in Antalya, Turkey, with developments in Syria and Iraq at top of the agenda.
According to a written statement from the office of the Turkish Chief of General Staff, Turkey’s chief Gen. Hulusi Akar, Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Joseph Dunford, and Russian Chief of General Staff Gen. Valery Gerasimov began an all-day meeting today, March 7. Photographs distributed by the Turkish army feature the three top soldiers sitting side by side at the head of a table of subordinate officers of all three countries.
If this is what it appears to be, it is the strongest combination of countries ever brought together to hopefully bring peace to the region. It is a combination which the British Empire has feared would come together for the last 200 years.
Although no details have been given, it appears that the next step will be to take Raqqa, Syria, from the Islamic State.
According to Hurriyet Daily News, Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim had signalled in an earlier interview with Haber TV that such a meeting of the three countries’ military leaders would take place.
“There is no point in doing an operation [on Raqqa] without coordinating with Russia and the U.S. It would be futile, and the consequences may become more complicated. For that, there are military, technical negotiations going on,” Yildirim said. He also said the government has presented its proposal for tripartite cooperation in a joint operation on Raqqa.
“We have conveyed our offer to the U.S. There has not been a formal response yet. So it would not be right to say ‘they have other plans’ just by taking what has been written about the issue into account. But we will not be anywhere there are terrorist organizations. It is that clear,” Yildirim said.
Yildirim reiterated that one of Turkey’s principal concerns is to have the Syrian Kurdish PYD forces, the People’s Protection Units (YPG), withdraw east of the Euphrates. He also said it was natural that the Syrian government forces should take control over territory freed from ISIS and where the YPG has withdrawn.
While the U.S. has, until now, backed the YPG against ISIS, Turkey considers it an ally of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) inside Turkey, which it considers a terrorist organization and with which it is at war.
“It is quite natural that there would be Syrian elements there after it is provided. Because it is Syrian territory,” he said. “It can be the U.S. or it can be Russia. We are saying, if it is desired, we can make a triple mechanism with Russia, the U.S., and Turkey,” he said.
“When terrorist groups like the PYD and the YPG are completely cleared, same as we did in Jarablus with the Euphrates Shield operation, or in al-Rai, Dabiq, and as we have started to do in al-Bab, Syrians will come and settle there. Life will go back to normal,” he said.
U.S. Delivers First Elements of THAAD Missile Defense to South Korea
March 7 (EIRNS)—Under cover of darkness, the first U.S. elements of its Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system arrived in South Korea last night, bringing two mobile launchers and increased political instability to the region. The timing was perfect, as, just the day before, North Korea had launched four missiles, which splashed into the Sea of Japan, providing the backdrop against which the U.S. could show how it is defending its friends in Asia. The darkness was a way to avoid the protests that have been ongoing against this regional destabilization. Deploying the system quickly now, is an attempt to make it a “done deal,” before a new government could come in and cancel the deployment.
The responses to the North Korean launches were not unexpected, with British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson calling it a “provocative action”; South Korea’s Acting President Hwang Kyo-ahn saying Seoul would swiftly deploy the U.S. anti-missile system; and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe describing it as an “extremely dangerous action.” The British Guardian reports that Japan is considering either buying a U.S. THAAD system, or building its own version of the U.S Aegis ship-based system which is now deployed in the Sea of Japan.
But North Korea warned that it is the military exercises by the U.S. and South Korea that are “the most undisguised nuclear war maneuvers.” In a letter to the UN Security Council the day of the tests, Pyongyang’s Representative to the UN Ja Song Nam said, “Consequently, the situation on the Korean Peninsula is again inching to the brink of a nuclear war.”
The Chinese government has been vocally objecting to the THAAD deployment for weeks, and hours after the THAAD elements arrived in South Korea, Xinhua said that “the tit-for-tat confrontation between Pyongyang and Seoul has become a sickening old play staged annually in Northeast Asia,” and is crippling all of those concerned on the Korean Peninsula.
People’s Daily warned that the THAAD deployment “will bring an arms race in the region…. More missile shields of one side inevitably brings more nuclear missiles of the opposing side to break the missile shield.”
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, “[T]hese are the sort of actions that lead to a rise in tension in the region, and, of course, in this situation, traditionally, Moscow calls for restraint from all sides.”

NASA’s Budget May Be Cut in Order To Pay for Defense Increase
March 7 (EIRNS)—Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL), one of the most enthusiastic supporters of the space program, told 800 attendees at his annual “Washington Update” meeting at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, Alabama yesterday, that NASA could see budget cuts by the White House. These would be proposed to help counteract the proposed $54 billion increase in the defense budget. Brooks’ Congressional District includes the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, and the industry contractors who are building NASA’s heavy lift rocket, the SLS. There are about 6,000 civil service and contractor jobs involved in the program. Free-market Trump advisors have already proposed scrapping the SLS, because private industry could do it “cheaper.” Cutting the budget and delaying the program further could easily make the decision to cancel it an “easy” one.
Most QE Money Ends Up At the ECB, Despite Negative Rate on Deposits!
March 7 (EIRNS)—In further evidence of the complete failure of the European Central Bank monetary policy, Bloomberg reports that most of the ECB money borrowed by banks ends up right back in the ECB vaults, despite negative interest on ECB deposits.
According to the ECB’s own data, since June 2014 when the ECB cut rates below zero, bank deposits at the ECB have increased by €1.1 trillion, whereas lending to non-financial companies has increased by only €169 billions. At the same time, interbank lending has decreased by €400 billions, with northern banks cutting by half their lending to southern banks.
This is largely a result of the ECB Asset Purchase Program, as northern banks selling southern European sovereign bonds to the ECB do not reinvest that money in the same countries. As reported by ECB President Mario Draghi himself in a letter to Italian European Parliament members Marco Zanni and Marco Valli in February, this is the main cause of the large imbalances in the Eurozone Target2 clearing system among national central banks.

‘Latin America Must Get on That Silk Road Train’
March 7 (EIRNS)—Colombia’s Ambassador to China Oscar Rueda told Xinhua in an interview March 6, that the Presidents of Chile and Argentina would both be attending the May 14-15 “Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation” in Beijing on the New Silk Road.
“I think that what must come from that interaction is that all of Latin America gets on that Silk Road train.” He continued, that “the ports of Latin America, Buenaventura in Colombia, for example, and those of the Southern Cone, are called upon to play a great role in that New Silk Road.” Reflecting a growing view across Ibero-America that the region’s future lies with China and its Belt and Road Initiative policy, Rueda said, “Above all, this means a great opening … [based on] China’s sincere policy towards the world.”
The Belt and Road Will Help Philippines President Duterte’s Socio-Economic Agenda
March 7 (EIRNS)—Speaking at a news conference during the 28th Philippines-Chinese Commission on Economic and Trade Cooperation in Manila today, Philippine Trade Undersecretary Ceferino Rodolfo said that the Belt and Road Initiative would help advance economic progress in the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte. The Philippine President has agreed to attend the May 14-15 “Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation” in China.
“We welcome all international initiatives that would be consistent with the President’s agenda,” Rodolfo said, and reported that a “big part of what we have been discussing here are in terms of how do we align the socio-economic strategies” of the Philippines and China. Philippine analysts and academics are quoted on the importance of the Belt and Road, and also on re-establishing close diplomatic ties between the two countries. Victor Corpuz, a retired Army General, said the project could make the Philippines the “eastern hub to circumnavigate the globe through the Pacific.”
Africa Has Highest Growth Rate in Railway Construction, Thanks to Chinese Investment
March 7 (EIRNS)—Although, in terms of investment volume, China has the largest railway development program globally, Africa has the highest growth rate in new railway construction—due to Chinese investments there. A new survey in the World Rail Report series of the Union of European Rail Industries (UNIFE) found a growth rate of 3% in African countries, which is related to the overall impressive economic growth there. The renowned Japanese monthly journal Sentaku notes as well, that the miraculous economic growth Africa has registered is closely related to China, as the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative, aimed at creating a trade and infrastructure network connecting Asia with Europe and Africa along ancient trade routes, has made available to Eastern African countries the much-needed investment and technology for their infrastructure construction.
The five biggest railway projects presently underway in Africa are being carried out with Chinese participation. China invested $75 billion in 1,700 projects between 2000 and 2011, and a boost has been noted since, as projects with a value markedly above that $75 billion were added just in 2016 alone.

Chinese Companies Could Help Build U.S. Infrastructure
March 7 (EIRNS)—Chinese industrial firms are “cautiously eyeing potential opportunities” to participate in President Donald Trump’s $1 trillion infrastructure plan, reports Global Times. These include infrastructure “behemoths” State Grid Corp., China Railway Construction Corp., and bullet-train builder, CRRC Corp. These companies already have a substantial presence in overseas markets. Although there are restrictions on imports from China, one example cited is the renovation of the Verrazano Narrows Bridge in New York City, which was done using steel from China. The import of the steel met opposition, but was insisted upon by local authorities, because it was cheaper than the domestic product, which also had “elusive delivery schedules.”
There is a CONEXPO 2017 engineering exhibition starting today in Las Vegas, with Chinese industry executives attending. One option is to buy U.S. companies, one Ministry of Commerce official says, to circumvent the import restrictions.
