Boyle authored the US Bioweapons Act & called the mRNA injections ‘Bioweapons & Franken-Shots.’
Professor Francis A. Boyle, the University of Illinois law professor who drafted the U.S. Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, died on January 30.
His de*th, described in multiple tributes as “sudden and unexpected,” came right after Boyle agreed to serve as an expert witness in a high-profile Dutch lawsuit accusing Bill Gates, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, and others of misleading the public on C*VID-19 vaccine safety.
No official cause of de*th has been listed.
Boyle warned that C*VID-19 and its mRNA v*ccines represented a biowarfare threat.
He described SARS-CoV-2 as an “offensive biological warfare weapon” engineered with U.S. funding at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, citing gain-of-function research involving American scientists.
He repeatedly named Anthony Fauci and EcoHealth Alliance president Peter Daszak as key figures in what he called a “chimera” virus project, blending HIV elements for enhanced lethality.
Boyle’s 1989 legislation criminalized the development, production, and stockpiling of biological weapons, including those using genetic engineering – tools he later argued were deployed in the pandemic.
He filed lawsuits against the U.S. government over bioweapons research.
Boyle labeled mRNA shots “synthetic biological weapons of mass destruction,” saying they induced autoimmune disorders, prion diseases, and turbo cancers through spike protein toxicity and lipid nanoparticles designed to breach the blood-brain barrier.
The timing of Boyle’s death has raised questions – as he committed to testifying in the Netherlands case only to be found dead.
The suit that he was going to testify in, alleged that defendants profited from a “global experiment” that caused widespread injuries, and wanted damages for victims.
During a July hearing, the court noted Boyle’s unavailability because he was de*d, alongside other proposed witnesses like German pathologist Arne Burkhardt, who also died.
Boyle was also critical of the Pentagon, DARPA – the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, funded “lethal yet vaccinate-able” technologies under the guise of pandemic preparedness.
He pointed to DARPA’s PREEMPT program, which explored pathogen modifications for population control, as evidence of military complicity in what he termed a “Franken-shot” rollout.
While mainstream outlets said he was a conspiracy theorist, recent revelations about U.S.-funded Wuhan research have backed up his claims and sparked demands for a full congressional investigation.
DARPA’s biodefense initiatives, including mRNA, received billions in taxpayer dollars, raising questions about conflicts of interest with private entities like Pfizer and Gates Foundation grants.
Boyle urged tribunals for those responsible, arguing the shots violated international law on weapons of mass destruction.
His death leaves a void in the fight against what conservatives see as elite-driven biosecurity threats, with no autopsy details released to date.
