Near Murdered High School Athlete Still Is Getting No JUSTICE
A new department is taking over the case of a teen seriously injured at a North Alabama high school.
The Tuscumbia Police Department announced on Facebook the case involving 15-year-old August Borden is being transferred to the Franklin County Juvenile Probation Office with assistance from the Madison County District Attorney’s Office. Juvenile probation will handle the case, the post said, because “all of the subjects and witnesses (with exception of the coaches) are all under the age of 18.”
