Comment: USAID is a cutout of the CIA. They do whatever they want including assassinating JFK, President of the United States. This is the Problem…the CIA using USAID to do coups on foreign countries. CIA has helped build up the Mexican Drug Cartels working with them. Rubio has a Tough Job.
