I believe he was a patsy and there was another or two other shooters involved.  This kid was paid a bunch of money which will now go to his parents as HUSH money with non -Disclosure agreements to be signed for them to receive this money I BET!  Massive Cover-Up with FBI Destroying evidence, cremation to destroy evidence, etc.
