Bulger wrote to a juror who convicted him that he would be dosed with LSD, monitored by a physician, and repeatedly asked leading questions like: “Would you ever kill anyone?”
One of the jurors who helped convict Boston crime boss James “Whitey” Bulger in 2013 has now said that she regrets that choice after learning that he was an unwitting participant in a secret CIA experiment involving LSD during the Cold War.
Bulger was involved in at least 11 murders, extortion, racketeering, and drug trafficking — but he is not known to have ever killed anyone before the CIA dosed him at least 50 times with the powerful, mind-altering hallucinogenic while he was a prisoner in Atlanta in the 1950s. He agreed to be part of the program, called MKUltra Project, in exchange for a lighter sentence.
Comment: It is now a known fact that the CIA’s MKULTRA program is a huge success mass producing VIOLENT ASSASSINS. Furthermore the CIA’s Project Orion has created School Shooters.
Following his 2013 conviction, Bulger wrote in some of his 70-plus prison letters to juror Janet Uhlar that the fact that he was pressured to join the CIA’s program was never mentioned by his lawyers during his trial. He believed that this information might help explain why he became as violent a man as he did.
According to Uhlar’s new interview with the Associated Press, Bulger’s participation in the CIA’s covert experiments may not only account for at least some of his violent behavior, but could even suggest that he was wrongly convicted.
“Had I known,” Uhlar said of the CIA experiments, “I would have absolutely held off on the murder charges. He didn’t murder anyone prior to the LSD. His brain may have been altered, so how could you say he was really guilty?”
The CIA’s quest to develop mind-control drugs began in the 1950s and they often chose test subjects they believed society wouldn’t miss. The agency typically targeted addicts, vagrants, or incarcerated criminals like Bulger (Some say even Charles Manson was one such subject).
Bulger joined the project under the promise of a reduced sentence in exchange for his involvement. He was told this was merely a study focused on finding a cure for schizophrenia.
The CIA “appealed to our sense of doing something worthwhile for society,” Bulger wrote in one of the letters to Uhlar.
But once Bulger signed on, the CIA reportedly maintained no concern for his wellbeing.
Brown University professor Stephen Kinzer’s book Poisoner in Chief: Sidney Gottlieb and the CIA Search for Mind Control expounds on the CIA’s sheer indifference about what happened to the individuals involved in MKUltra.
“The CIA mind control program known as MKUltra involved the most extreme experiments on human beings ever conducted by any agency of the U.S. government,” he wrote. “During its peak in the 1950s, that program and its director, Sidney Gottlieb, left behind a trail of broken bodies and shattered minds across three continents.”
Bulger was no exception.
He wrote that after he took part in the experiments in Atlanta, he was never the same. “Auditory & visual hallucinations and violent nightmares — still have them — always slept with lights on helps when I wake up about every hour from nightmares.”
His nights were plagued by horrific dreams, violent hallucinations, and anxiety so strong he couldn’t sleep.
“Sleep was full of violent nightmares and wake up every hour or so — still that way — since ’57,” he wrote to Uhlar from prison. “On the Rock at times felt sure going insane,” Bulger wrote, referring to his time in prison on Alcatraz Island in San Francisco Bay.
In another chilling letter, Bulger described more of his experiences while in the program:
“In minutes the drug would take over, and about eight or nine men — Dr. Pfeiffer and several men in suits who were not doctors — would give us tests to see how we reacted. Eight convicts in a panic and paranoid state. Total loss of appetite. Hallucinating. The room would change shape. Hours of paranoia and feeling violent. We experienced horrible periods of living nightmares and even blood coming out of the walls. Guys turning to skeletons in front of me. I saw a camera change into the head of a dog. I felt like I was going insane.”
Bulger also recalled in one of the letters that the supervising doctor, Carl Pfeiffer of Emory University, would not only monitor his physical response to the drug but would also ask him leading, arguably influential questions such as, “Would you ever kill anyone?”
Bulger ultimately spent 16 years on the lam after authorities tipped him off regarding an impending 1994 arrest before he was finally caught in 2011 in Santa Monica, California where he had been living with his girlfriend. He was sentenced to two life terms plus five years in 2013.
In the end, Bulger was beaten to death by inmates at the age of 89. He had just arrived in his wheelchair at Hazelton federal prison in Bruceton Mills, West Virginia in June 2018.
No criminal charges were filed. His claims against the CIA are likely to suffer a similar fate.
After learning about James “Whitey” Bulger’s unwitting participation in MKUltra, read about how MKUltra managed to control a dog’s mind during the Cold War. Then, learn about the most outlandish CIA programs of the Cold War.
BILL COOPER’S 1991 BOOK PREDICTS SHOOTINGS BY DRUGGED INDIVIDUALS IN ORDER TO ‘DISARM PUBLIC’
The following information comes from the pages of Milton William Cooper’s 1991 book Behold A Pale Horse:
“The government encouraged the manufacture and importation of firearms for the criminals to use. This is intended to foster a feeling of insecurity, which would lead the American people to voluntarily disarm themselves by passing laws against firearms.
“Using drugs and hypnosis on mental patients in a process called Orion, the CIA inculcated the desire in these people to open fire on schoolyards and thus inflame the anti-gun lobby. This plan is well under way, and so far is working perfectly…”.
About William Cooper
Milton William Cooper (May 6, 1943 – November 5, 2001) was an American radio broadcasters who spoke out about Secret Societies of the New World Order (NWO), and author best known for his 1991 book, Behold a Pale Horse, in which he claimed global conspiracies, some involving aliens.
The son of a U.S. Air Force officer, Cooper graduated in 1961 from Yamato High School in Japan, and enlisted in the U.S. Air force. He was honorably discharged in 1965, and enlisted in the U.S. Navy in December of that year.
He served in Vietnam, rising to the rank of petty officer. Cooper was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal with combat V and the Navy Achievement Medal with combat V. He was honorably discharged in 1974.
On November 5, 2001 Cooper was fatally shot by a law enforcement officer at his Eagar, Arizona home after confronting deputies, who had entrapped him, trying to arrest him and ‘claiming‘ he shot one of them in the head.
Authorities ‘claimed‘ Cooper was carrying a handgun and fled when Apache County deputies identified themselves and tried to arrest Cooper on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and endangerment stemming from earlier disputes with local residents.
Federal authorities reported that Cooper spent years trying to avoid capture on a 1998 arrest warrant for tax evasion and according to a spokesman for the U.S. Marshals Service, Cooper vowed “he would not be taken alive.”
HERO MILTON WILLIAM COOPER
Mark Potok, spokesman for the propaganda machine Southern Poverty Law Center, writes that Cooper was well known within the militia movement for his book, “Behold a Pale Horse”, and his anti-government shortwave radio program.
Political scientist Michael Barkun characterized “Behold a Pale Horse” as “among the most complex superconspiracy theories” and also among the most influential, being much read in militia circles as well as widely sold in mainstream bookstores.
According to Cooper, he served in the US Air Force and the US Navy and was discharged in 1975. He caused a sensation in UFOlogy circles when in 1988 he claimed to have seen secret documents while in the US Navy that referred to government knowledge and involvement with extraterrestrials.
He had come to believe that the extraterrestrial part of it was nonsense, but that the technology was real. He later went on to do extensive research and discovered that there had been a plan in existence for the government to pull off a fake alien invasion in order to unite the world into a one world tyrannical government (NWO).
Bill Cooper – Fake Alien Invasion Planned
Cooper wrote of the Illuminati as a secret international organization controlled by the Bilderberg Group that conspired with other individual organizations such as the Jesuits, the Masons, Skull and Bones, Trilateral Commission, Council on Foreign Relations, etc. and whose ultimate goal was the establishment of a New World Order (NWO).Cooper claimed the document “Protocols of Zion” was actually an Illuminati work and instructed readers to substitute the word “Sion” for “Zion”, “Jews” (Ashkenazi) for “Illuminati”, and “Goyim” for “cattle”.
In June 2001, three months before the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center, Cooper had released the following information claiming that there were plans to carry out a false-flag operation and that Osama Bin Laden would be framed for the attacks.
He claimed that Bin Laden would be nothing more than a scapegoat. At the time Cooper didn’t know where the attacks were planned to be carried out but he knew they were going to happen.
You can read Cooper’s exact words HERE.
In actual fact, it wasn’t just Cooper who had managed to get his hands on (and disclosed) such information.
Movie director Aaron Russo (who directed the movie Trading Places) had also managed to get his hands on such information and had released a film-documentary about his discoveries entitled America: Freedom To Fascism.
Many believe that this cost him his life. Bill Cooper’s book, Behold A Pale Horse, is available on Amazon.

There is “enlightened” and then there is “crazy.” Nearly as I can ascertain, Bill Cooper was somewhat enlightened and more than somewhat crazy. We each need to be very careful about how we decide what to believe and to be reserved about speaking and writing what we have not properly researched, seriously thought over, and even prayed about. I think that the best course is to be convinced that we know very little of anything for sure and to assign to everything else a degree of possibility of probability. We need to be especially careful about negatively criticising others. I find Mr. Cooper’s remarks about Art bell and Linda Moulton Howe to be outrageous and even a bit tragic. I can easily imagine a person with Mr. Cooper’s mentality unnecessarily getting into trouble with police and then the situation getting out of hand.
As for the promotion of gun control by means of promoting some mass murders, well, I suspect that there may have been some of that but I do not know for sure as I never saw any of that go down. I just have the words of strangers on the issue.
When I met my partner in 1992, he had this book, which I read. When the false flags / 911 reared it’s ugly head, I too was as shocked as the rest of us…. but Still ….it was no surprise to me for “who done it”. We talked to people one person at a time – still do- and it’s simple now to bend an ear than in those days! It’s good we had each other or it would have been terribly lonely.
Hi Lynn,
Thank you for the amazing work you do on a daily basis with the GREAT articles you share with us.
I just got this video from David Wilcock. I hope you take a look at it, enjoy it and share it with your readers.

Happy New Year and may this 2020 make all your wishes come true,

Having read many of Robert Welch’s books about the conspiracy in progress, I learned to read between the lines and think for myself while trying to inform others of what is happening. I also learned the importance of keeping my life simple and to speak and inform others anonymously, by written word. As my mother once told me: “Its still to dangerous to speak truth”, but that was during the fifties. Today we have a greater opportunity to present solutions and speak truth because the dark forces are being rendered powerless by the Legions of Light. When their physical bodies die they will not be allowed to return.
Mr. Cooper’s book: “Behold a Pale Horse” can probably be found in many Libraries. Fortunately, the number of people who are willing to listen to intelligent men like Mr. Cooper is increasing. I’m hearing from people “Yes I know” more often these days, but the greater number of people don’t want the truth because they feel powerless – “Jesus will save us” and off they go, without the slightest understanding that their own minds are being manipulated to continue and perpetuate the dark forces agendas. Thank Goddess for men and women like yourself and so many who continue in spite of threats and obstructions. Our rewards will be being able to go home – having permanently disconnecting from the physical – and looking back at what was accomplished by everyone’s continued efforts.
