The Russians have fully repaired the section of the Crimea bridge that was damaged via saboteurs a few months back.

 

Russia is allegedly losing this war against the Ukraine but is able to repair their infrastructure ahead of schedule.

If they were really losing the war, such a thing would not be possible. The Kiev regime has said repeatedly how they want to take Crimea back yet the Russians have total control over the area. The existence of this bridge proves that.
