No Shortage of Food; Gov’t Pays Citizens to Kill Boars and Snakes-Why Don’t They Send the Meat to Food Banks?
Comment: People survived on Mullet during the Great Depression Caused by the Banksters as the same assholes are creating another Great Depression.
Comment: In Asia they chop up snakes for dog food. This is very healthy for dogs to eat. They also consume organic Snake Meat and barbecue it.
What Part of the Snake Do You Eat?
Everything! Practically every single part of the snake is used. While the menu may vary a bit depending on the restaurant you choose, it will likely be similar to what we ate in Le Mat. The meal included the following dishes:
- Snake egg soup
- Grilled snake ribs
- Snake spring rolls
- Snake meat wrapped in La Lot leaves
- Sauteed snake stomach, liver, and testicles
- Sauteed snake meat
- Fried snake bones with rice crackers
- Crispy snakeskin
- Snake porridge
- Sticky rice steamed in snake fat
- Snake broth with ginger
You may be surprised, but Snake is actually really tasty. It’s lean and tastes a bit like chicken. But if you are eating it off the bone, it is a very small amount of meat, similar to trying to eat a frog.
OTHER WAYS TO EAT ACORNS
Fantastic “bran muffins” made with acorn flour, dried fruit and wheat bran.
Acorn grits, which are useful additions to acorn soup, acorn muffins or to eat as a breakfast cereal.
A lovely acorn soup, garnished with grouse. Grouse is optional.
Acorn dumplings, served with wood duck — wood ducks eat acorns, so it seemed fitting.
Acorn cookies, more or less like shortbread. A bit tricky to make, but even if they fall, they are still delicious.
Acorn spätzle, little German dumplings that work very well with gluten free acorn flour.
I will also substitute about 1/5 of the flour in my homemade flour tortillas with acorn flour, and I also make mean acorn gnocchi.
