Creating Schoolyard Shooters-CIA’s ORION Project

Comment: Being the CIA had 149 or more subprojects to create Mind Controlled slaves I would bet they would have Dozens of ‘Orion’ projects to create School Shooters. They used top Behavioral Scientists like Skinner, top Neuropsychiatrist M.D.’s like Yales’s Delgado, Military Colonels, Harvard, and literally HUNDREDS of universities, hospitals and prisons to do these evil projects.
