YouTube’s Radical Censorship

NY Times: The Making of a YouTube Radical

How the Site’s Algorithms Played Into the Hands of the Far Right

By KEVIN ROOSE

REBUTTAL BYFour months ago. The Anti-New York Times warned that the induced self-censorship of YouTube — that video platform which we “conspiracy theorists”  had, for about 20 years, used so successfully to gain ground in the “info-war” — was imminent. It wasn’t all that hard to foresee, actually. Both Sulzberger’s Slimes and The Guardian (UK) told us, in their own way, that it was coming. Headline: The Guardian: (Feb 19)Stop the Online Conspiracy Theorists Before They Break DemocracyHeadline: The Slimes (Feb 20)YouTube Unleashed a Conspiracy Theory Boom. Can It Be Contained? Both the The Guardian and Slimes attacks utilized the same classic rhetorical trick / logical fallacy of lumping legitimate conspiracies such as 9/11, Q-Anon postings, fake school shootings, child sex-trafficking, and directed energy (laser) initiated forest fires in with the crack-pot stuff about alien abductions and shape-shifting lizard people in our midst. 1. Austrian libtard Julia Ebner of The Guardian newspaper (UK) wrote that YouTube “conspiracy theories” like “Q-Anon” have become a threat to “democracy” which must be stopped. // 2. One day later, Kevin Roose of The Slimes (who also authored this piece)  followed up with the exact same line of attack. As telegraphed in advance to us by the Deep State media, YouTube has just shut down a bunch of channels and individual videos.  Only three weeks after those hit-pieces, the live-streamed (via YouTube & Facebook) fake shooting in Christchurch, New Zealand occurred. That event, now viewable with 20/20 hindsight, was clearly intended to provide further rationale for “cracking down” on YouTube “radicalization.” Well played, Deep State. Well played. The timing of this latest front page hit-piece (from this past Sunday) against “far right” YouTubers was intended to coincide with the recent purge — one in which, by the way, three “Invisible Critic” videos were permanently holocausted for “promoting hate.” Here’s the message we received from the cyber-authorities at YouTube upon one of our appeals:  Hi The Invisible Critic,Our team has reviewed your content, and, unfortunately, we think it violates our hate speech policy. We’ve removed the following content from YouTube:Video: Episode 2: Forbidden History // The Rothschild Family   This Slimes story tells an obviously fake tale of a 26-year-old character named Caleb Cain who claims to have been “brainwashed” by “far right”  YouTube videos. Upon breaking free of the “alt right” ™ cyber cult, Cain purchased a gun after receiving online death threats from “conspiracy theorists”  angered by his betrayal. — Sure, “Caleb,” sure. Slimes scribbler Roose, the author of this front-page garbage, then adds his two shekels in: “Over years of reporting on internet culture, I’ve heard countless versions of Mr. Cain’s story: an aimless young man — usually white, frequently interested in video games — visits YouTube looking for direction or distraction and is seduced by a community of far-right creators. Some young men discover far-right videos by accident, while others seek them out. Some travel all the way to neo-Nazism, while others stop at milder forms of bigotry.” “All the way to ne-Nazism, eh? Oh horrors!   1. Under the guise of stopping “harassment,” Google / YouTube’s censorship team consists of stupid TRULY brainwashed millennial “Social Justice Warriors” (mostly unattractive-as-hell females) who truly believe that they are doing holy work. //  2. Caleb Cain — likely a CIA rat with a fake story of being “radicalized” and “brainwashed” by “far right” YouTubers.  Messrs. Cain and Roose needn’t worry about YouTube “radicalization” so much anymore. The algorithms which once led viewers to flow from one “conspiracy theory” ™ video to another after another have already been re-rigged. Those “offensive” videos and channels which somehow manage to survive the ongoing purge can still expect their views and subscriber growth rates to stagnate or even crash. It’s official, boys and girls, and it’s a damn shame too. The glory days of viral truther videos — without which, so many of us would still be normies — are over. Life in the “land of the free” rolls on. Oh well, uncensored YouTube was great while it lasted — and it still is for the Communist Party (here). Now what?    1. Without a free and open YouTube, there never would have been a 911 Truth movement. // 2. The Invisible Critic’s subscriber and view counts suddenly stagnated last week as three videos were removed within 72 hours. // The YouTube algorithms have been rigged against any and all “far right” channels. Instead of one truth video leading to another, it now leads to a “mainstream” video from Fake News.

Boobus Americanus 1: I read a fascinating story in the New York Times today about a vulnerable young man who had been brainwashed by right wing conspiracy videos on You Tube, but then came to his senses.
Boobus Americanus 2: These conspiracy theorists are very dangerous people.
 *  St. Sugar:  Mr. Menken, pleasse sschool thesse ass-clownss as to where the true danger comess from!H L Menken: “The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out for himself, without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane and intolerable, and so, if he is romantic, he tries to change it. And even if he is not romantic personally he is very apt to spread discontent among those who are.” Editor: Tell it Menken, tell it!
