The other side of the coin is that even though I may disagree with Icke on certain subjects, and may even find some of his ideas downright ludicrous, he has the right to say them. Icke, of course, was shocked and appalled by this action, after all, earlier in the week, he had been a presenter at Anarchapulco where he was greeted with an impressive and attentive audience.With this action, we have to ask ourselves as a people what is so dangerous about speech? If we are offended by something should we not simply combat it with better ideas and more speech instead of restricting the right of others to do so? This is insanity and is why I was honored to sit with Icke for an hour and discuss the current state of the world. In the fifteen minute excerpt above Icke discusses the current state of the so-called liberal left, suppression of speech, and the new democratic darling Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Icke also addresses the rise of technocratic billionaires and how they have been integral in suppressing speech.
