The Nebraska Legislature Bill 1058, which was titled “Adopt the Faithful Delegate to Federal Article V Convention Act,” failed on April 5, 2018, in effect halting Con-Con proposals, such as LR6 (a COS Con-Con application), in Nebraska for this year.
