A transgender model is set to appear on the cover of Playboy magazine for the very first time.

Giuliana Farfalla, a 21-year-old model who starred on Heidi Klum’s Germany’s Next Top Model, shared the cover with her followers on Instagram yesterday.

Accompanying the image of her posing topless, she wrote: “My dears I’m on the latest Playboy cover and very proud of the result.

“I hope you like the cover as much as I do.”

Farfalla, who was born Pascal Radermacher in the southwestern Germany city of Breisgau, underwent gender reassignment surgery at 16 years old.

Her cover has already proven very popular on Instagram, gaining almost 10,000 likes.

We used to talk about “traps” on chan boards as someone getting caught being attracted to a photograph of a girl and then finding out it was a tranny. But this was before new technologies in the tranny industry made it so that you could actually meet one of these people in real life and not know it until you get to the bedroom as see a dick – or perhaps a massive scar where a dick used to be.

I actually knew a guy that this happened to in Thailand. They have been starting hormone treatments before puberty there for decades. This was a guy who was like 65 and on vacation from Australia. But with these trannies being passable for women in the West now, they are going to bring this down on you hard. They are going to start bullying people who refuse to have “sex” with them.
