It was only several decades ago that the term ‘false flag’ was rarely understood, let alone spoken.

But over the course of increased civilian investigation into the happenings of our world – independent of oligarchical and governmental propaganda – historic false flags that have been ‘officially admitted’ and the more recent ones which are still ‘officially denied’ are now commonly discussed in the lexicon of public dialogue.

For those who still haven’t caught up with this concept, a false flag is an event or operation that is blamed on a party who didn’t actually orchestrate it.

This strategy gained its modern name based on nautical operations when an ‘attacking ship would fly the colours of its enemy until close enough to open fire,’ however it’s as old as military warfare itself.

Recently I received an intriguing email claiming that the rapidly increasing worldwide epidemic of diabetes was caused by depleted uranium (DU).

As a medical doctor I never heard of such an idea. Every physician knows that radiation can lead to cancer, but the DU and diabetes connection seemed ludicrous. Nevertheless, I thought it would be interesting to check it out on the Internet.

The best tool for medical research on the Net is the PubMed website sponsored by the US National Library of Medicine. I typed in the keywords: depleted uranium and diabetes. No citations to scientific papers in the medical journals appeared on my computer screen, which further assured me there was no scientific connection.

Even when I used key words – depleted uranium and human disease – only a mere 16 papers were cited on the subject from 1994 to 2005; and only half these papers addressed the medical problems of soldiers exposed to DU in the Gulf War.

The picture below represents a broadcast (known as the Arecibo message), put together by Carl Sagan and colleagues that was sent into space via radio waves at a special ceremony to celebrate the remodeling of the Arecibo radio telescope in Puerto Rico.

Apparently, they received a response; you can read more about that story here. It’s speculative, for sure, but the information below, is not. This article pertains to a real deal document.

Strange signals detected from outer space are becoming quite popular, especially within the past couple of years alone. Here’s one of several studies positing that some of these signals could be from an intelligent extraterrestrial source.
