Statewide Week of Action
Apr 18, 2017 — This week we are joining organizations across the state, calling on Senator Nelson to take action to stop the Sabal Trail Pipeline. The Senator has long been a champion for protecting the environment in Florida, and we need him now more than ever.
Will you help us reach him? Pick the office nearest you (or call all of them!) and give them a call. You can use the script below, or your own words to tell him why this pipeline matters to you, and why it needs to be stopped.

“I’m calling to register my strong opposition to the construction of the Sabal Trail Pipeline. This project will run through crucial sanctuaries for endangered species, and is a serious threat to the Floridian Aquifer. It threatens our natural resources directly, and cements us into a fossil fuel future in which our planet heats up at an alarming speed. I’m asking Senator Nelson to stop this project immediately.”
