Your tax money is being used to run an 11.66 billion dollar system that takes children away from poor families to make a profit. This is a massive machine where child exploitation is the goal managed by secret plants hidden in every level of local state and federal government. This is not just happening in one place it is a direct copy of the Epstein model being used as a standard rule in all fifty states. The whole system is a money laundering trap designed to keep cash flowing by never actually fixing the problem.
The way they do it is through a giant federal program called Title IV E which gives states an open checkbook for every child they take. In 2026 states get paid back for every day a child is in foster care with some daily payments as high as 573 dollars. Bringing a child back to a good working family is a bad business move for them because it kills the daily revenue stream. To keep the money coming in these secret plants use strict monthly quotas called Adoption and Legal Guardianship Incentive Payments. These are math rules in state budgets that pay out huge bonuses once the state takes more kids than they did the year before. It is like a sales floor where they have to sell more kids to get their federal bonus.
This is a pyramid scheme run by a shadow government linked to satanic occult groups. Local and state workers send the money up to the federal level while keeping a huge chunk for themselves as hush money to stay quiet. They get away with this by using fake companies that only exist on paper to overcharge for work they never did. They even pay for useless things like overpriced PDFs just to move money around. These people own the companies they are paying so the money goes right back into their own pockets. At least 10 state agencies have been caught using for profit companies to steal Social Security money from orphans and disabled kids taking over 165 million dollars every year.
It is not an accident that these kids end up in trafficking. These non profits and government offices are the literal procurement and pimping service for an elite class. They do not just steal tax money they also wash the blood money made from selling children back through these same fake companies. This stolen cash funds secret black projects all over the world. The government is just a middleman for a shadow group that trades in human lives while claiming to be doing charity work.
To get more kids the state uses neglect as a trap. In 2026 seventy five percent of kids taken are removed for neglect which just means the family is poor or does not have a house. They target mothers first so they can push the father out and break the family apart. Since ninety percent of runaway kids come from homes without fathers the system makes sure the father is gone to make the child an easy target for the elite. Men make up sixty percent of the homeless population but the system ignores them because they cannot make money off of them.
Once taken sixty to ninety percent of all child trafficking victims in the U.S. come from the foster care or CPS system. In some cities almost 98 percent of victims were in the system. The state moves these kids around constantly to break their spirit and groom them for an elite class. The caseworkers use special words to cover it up and call reports of abuse delusions so no one believes the victims. The government only treats the surface so the money never stops flowing. This is the standard rule for a government that acts as a predator toward its own people.
