A bombshell report from Just the News is raising serious concerns about alleged foreign interference in U.S. elections after newly declassified intelligence revealed that Ukrainian officials discussed a scheme to redirect American taxpayer money into Joe Biden’s 2024 reelection campaign.

According to the report, U.S. intelligence agencies intercepted communications in 2022 indicating that Ukrainian government figures, along with unspecified U.S. personnel, explored using a U.S.-funded infrastructure project as a front to siphon hundreds of millions of dollars into Democrat political coffers.

The alleged plan involved routing funds through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), with as much as 90 percent of the allocated money ultimately being redirected to support Biden’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee, according to the declassified summary.

Even more alarming, officials familiar with the intelligence say there is no evidence the allegations were meaningfully investigated during the Biden administration.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has since ordered a review, directing officials to determine whether the scheme was ever carried out and whether criminal referrals should be sent to the FBI.

The intelligence summary also reportedly outlined how subcontractors and U.S.-based companies would be used to obscure the movement of funds, making it difficult to trace the origin or destination of the money.

Officials reviewing the intercepts say the communications were not linked to Russian disinformation, adding further weight to the seriousness of the allegations.

The revelations come at a sensitive time for Ukraine, as President Volodymyr Zelenskyy works with the Trump administration on efforts to end the ongoing war with Russia. At the same time, Ukraine continues to face mounting scrutiny over corruption within its government.

The Just the News report also highlights a broader pattern of concerns surrounding Ukraine, including past controversies involving Burisma Holdings and Hunter Biden’s lucrative role on its board.

While the full scope of the alleged scheme remains unclear, the lack of investigation into such a high-stakes intelligence warning is likely to fuel demands for accountability — and raise new questions about how U.S. taxpayer dollars were handled during the Biden years.
