Nixon was a pedophile but what she didn’t know and expose is he was a programmed pedo.  They use the drug on you and make you have sex with a child by digging deep into your mind and finding what you love and care about, then they somehow combine that with child sex desires and program you to love the thought of sex with kids as love and something that means a lot to you, they can make the person fixated on it like a drug addiction. They supply them with kids and control them. phase 2 would be making them kill somebody by making them think whoever they are killing is evil and deserves to die etc. film it all and then when the drug wares off they killed somebody who was innocent and no way for them to prove they had been drugged and programmed unless somehow that drug is exposed and proven to be real. Did Fiona know this? I don’t know if she even knew about the drug unless she spoke about it?  To my knowledge she didn’t know about this.
