How to Buy Crypto

To begin, click here to open Coinbase first. Then, follow the instructions laid out in this guide. There are 3 stages to go through: Verifying your personal identity. Connecting your bank account or initiating a wire transfer to put funds into your new Coinbase account. Buying crypto. The guide I gave you goes through the first 2 steps. I’ll walk you through buying your first crypto and using it to make your first purchase of the Counter Markets Newsletter. Once you’ve got your Coinbase account setup after following the guides above, here’s what to do next: Go to the home page and click on Buy crypto: A popup will appear asking how much you’d like to purchase: Right now, the price of Counter Markets if purchased with crypto is on sale for only $75 for an entire 1-year subscription. Crazy cheap considering what you get. Anyway, I recommend purchasing at least $80 dollars of crypto, or a bit more to cover any transfer fees. Then you’ll pop over to the Counter Markets Newsletter, scroll down to the purchase options, and choose the golden “pay with cryptocurrency” option. After that, you’ll see the Coinpayments checkout page: Choose the coin you’re using (in our example it’s BTC) and enter your name and email and click “complete checkout.” Then you’ll see the most important page, which displays the address for where to send your BTC to complete your purchase. Highlight the address (like I did in blue) and copy it. Then head back to your Coinpayments account and click on “Portfolio” in the menu. There you’ll see all of your coins and the amount you have for each. Choose the coin you’re using to purchase Counter Markets (I chose BTC). Then click on the blue “Send” button. A popup will appear. Now, paste the address from Coinpayments you copied a moment ago. And to make sure you send the exact amount needed to purchase Counter Markets, you can copy the BTC amount (or whatever crypto you’re using) from Coinpayments and paste it into Coinbase. It’s highlighted in blue below. Once you’ve sent the correct amount of crypto to the correct address, Coinpayments will finish processing the payment and you’re done!
