I read an article by a guy named DANIEL BATES who claimed Colby killed himself over guilt about the Vietnam war. I remember why Robert Maxwell had me dump in the Ocean with cement shoes! He had two little Asian girls on his boat he had been molesting. I walked into his cabin when he had me and a few other people on the boat and found them naked, one had what looked like a bad infection and was very sick. After he left the boat I kidnapped the girls and took them to a doctor who I told to take them and get them to someplace safe. He found out because the doctor knew him and ratted me out. They had me in this building and used some drug on me that knocked me out, when I came to they were driving me in the back of a van to his boat with the cement hardened on my feet. After they drowned me I returned and he drowned. I let the driver live and took the girls again after he was dead 😉 Wish I could tell you more but some things I can’t divulge about who else was involved in helping me at this time. Note: I am assuming the doctor ratted me out but it could have been somebody else who knew Robert who found out what I did, they may even have found out from the boat captain who might have helped me get them off the boat. Not sure as my memory is of when I took the girls to the doctor but can’t recall who helped me get them off the boat but there was somebody with me when I did it.

CIA director from 73-76 William Colby was John DeCamps mentor in Vietnam, John DeCamp is the one who helped Paul Bonacci and wrote the book Franklin Cover up.
I’ve told many of you Paul Bonacci was not a MkUltra like he claimed.
To get out of the trouble he was in. Bush Jr. told Bonacci to claim he was a MkUltra like Randy/me.

Bush Jr. who Paul Bonacci hung out with told Paul to use his father’s name as one of the men he saw at the white house during the sex parties and his troubles would go away and they did.
William Colby wasn’t just involved in experimenting on teenagers at plum island I’m pretty sure he was also a serial killer.
To all these people wondering if Colby was killed? Yes and I am the one who killed him for what he did to me and the others on Plum Island. As well as him having my entire squad killed in Panama during the invasion by sending us into an ambush. Mark Philips and another man was with me when I killed Colby. Mark was one of my handlers when I was an MkUltra. The other man present was a military officer.
I had the full support of the US military and others who found out the truth of what was done to me and others in the MkUltra experiments.
I went to Colby’s place with another man that was in the military who I won’t name at this time. When we arrived Colby was making dinner.
We allowed him to eat his last meal and waited for him to finish cooking. He had chowder with corn bread.
After he finished eating he tried to delay it and get close to me which I figured he would try and is why I unloaded the gun I had.
Sure enough he tried to grab it and the other man with me grabbed him from behind, Bill started degrading me about being a failure of his experiment on the island then I showed him the gun wasn’t loaded.
You would think he would fight his death but he didn’t, we walked into the water about 2-3 feet deep, I held his arms behind his back holding his wrists and he laid down face first into the water.
I shoved his body down till it hit bottom and put pressure on his back but he didn’t struggle until the last few seconds and then he tried to fight my grip on his wrists and pull me under.
I didn’t want him to get a breath so I went under with him and held my breath until he stopped fighting then made sure he stayed under awhile to make sure he was dead.
It matched his character and how he carried out other things he did in life, he tried to let himself die making it look like it was his decision but couldn’t quit do it.
I recall the only time I ever saw any real emotion in his face over anything was when they had me chained up by the wrists to a big block while they tortured a girl in front of me I couldn’t unleash the strength to save her and all of sudden she died in front of me and something inside me exploded with rage breaking one of the chains and that is when I saw Colby’s face show excitement then turn to fear.
Before I could get the other chain off is when they must have drugged me somehow and it was after this I recall being placed on some type of cart on my back and wheeled to the field where they buried me and two others in these wooden coffins.
There was a brunet haired girl who was helping him and another guy. It was Colby, the girl and some older heavy set husky man who reminded me of a drill Sargent. I’m pretty sure Colby was a Sociopath unable to feel emotions like most of us. He turned into a psychopath and serial killer. He also may have been DB Cooper. Everything I knew about him matches including military experience jumping from planes. Colby would have done it just to prove it could be done.
After digging myself out and the other two, the three of us went to the building where they had been experimenting on us and found everything gone.
They had grabbed all the records and left.
I recall it was cold and a light rain started coming down and while we ran to one end of the island and waved down a boat that took us off the island.
My memories are getting clearer and some of this may change a little but right now that is what I can recall.
Not sure if it was Rudy Giuliani who was involved in the trial after that or if he was involved in the trial where I was accused of killing one of Roy Cohns friends who tried to kill me.
My memories are getting clearer and don’t be surprised if some of the details change as everything gets clearer like when I was recalling the Reagan assassination but had not recalled James Brady being Hickleys target and Reagan was supposed to be my target but my programming stopped when I was knocked down.

In 2010-11 Randy was drugged with memory erasing drugs to cover up what he knew and to keep him from millions in settlement money he won in court. In 2014 Randy started to recall his past. Thinking he was losing his mind, he went in for a scan of his brain to see if he had a tumor, or something else, causing these memories. Everyone around him claimed he was crazy but nothing was found that would cause these memories. Randy was sent to a mental health clinic where he explained his memories. It was during these sessions that Randy began to realize these people knew much more than they were letting on. Accusations were made that he was going to take his information to the authorities that he believed were not involved. The counselor evaluating him left the room claiming she needed to use the facilities and 5 minutes later law enforcement arrived cuffing Randy and transferred him to a mental facility. The following day he was taken into a court room where they had a court psychologist speak to him for a mere 5 minutes. She then went on the stand and claimed he suffered from a mental disorder involving delusions. In the years, after being released, Randy investigated these memories to try to find something to confirm what he was recalling. Randy found photo and video evidence and spoke with a number of people who witnessed the events he recalled. He has since recalled a great deal of his past with evidence to back it up. No attorney is willing to help and all law enforcement agencies ignore his calls and are unwilling to meet with him to go over this information.
The following video shows Randal Turner in the back of the patrol car that they tried to place Hinckley into. The official report claimed the door lock was broken but, as you can see in the first few seconds of the video, a person reaches over to lock the door after the officer unlocked it to place Hinckley into the back seat. This was used in court during Randy’s trial proving he was telling the truth and that the government tried to lie.
Randy is a Targeted Individual because of his past so making sure he is not able to make a reasonable, decent living is part of his targeting. Yes, the cabal does have that kind of power! As well, coping with his memories is more than any human should have to deal with. He has been posting his memories as they return and he needs our help while going through this recall so he may share more of his story.
