The second summit between President Donald Trump and Chairman Kim Jong-Un concluded in Vietnam without an immediate agreement. As Trump said in a tweet Wednesday morning, he and Kim “will try very hard to work something out on Denuclearization & then making North Korea an Economic Powerhouse.
