Sabba – Just as a side note, it is interesting to point out here that NONE of the israeli media used the term ‘TERRORIST’ to qualify Mevlut Mert Altintas. Instead, they all used the word ‘gunman’ and we can feel they almost sympathize with him in the way they story was being told.
Also, and to my surprise, it did not get any real coverage: it was reported as it happened, but they quickly moved on to something else. And as of today, it is already something of the past, not worth wasting any time on. On the other hand, the tragedy which happen in Berlin was über reported yesterday and is still being talked about from all kind of different angles. CONTINUE READING
