Mike Adams The DEA quietly added all cannabinoids (including CBD) to its “Schedule I” classification of controlled substances in a new ruling that goes into effect on January 13, 2017.

The hemp industry says it’s no big deal, explaining that the DEA isn’t taking any new action on the matter. But there’s no question CBD will be classified as a Schedule I Controlled Substance.

Anyone who wants CBD products needs to stock up before January 13, 2017, just in case the DEA is planning to change its posture.
