Most of the Brass (Officers) are from wealthy elite cabal families.  They don’t give a rats ass about the people under them.  whatever happened to the $2.3 Trillion disappearing in a black hole?  Rumsfeld acknowledged this.  The maintenance battalion had workers driving a 5 Ton Wrecker with Failing Brakes.  So Dangerous.  The vehicle had about 386 parts needing work on it for One Wrecker.
