My campaign first requested Secret Service protection in May of 2023 with a 63-page declaration showing the many threats that have been made against me.
Despite filing five additional requests, all have been refused.
We are currently awaiting responses to our pending requests from both the Secret Service and the White House.
This marks the first time in 55 years that a presidential candidate’s request for protection has been denied.
It’s unprecedented in history for a presidential candidate not to receive Secret Service coverage from the administration.
Think about that for a moment—it’s a significant deviation from the norm.
