(Natural News) One of the top people in charge of America’s energy policies, including nuclear-related issues, is a Biden regime-appointed transgender drag queen and LGBT activist whom an anonymous insider at the Department of Energy (DoE) says never should have been hired (obviously).
According to the insider, there were “substantial irregularities” in the hiring process for Samuel Brinton, a homosexual prostitution defender who also goes by the drag queen alter ego of “Sister Ray Dee O’Active.”
In a February 2 letter addressed to the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Deputy Inspector General Norbert Vint, the anonymous whistleblower explained that “prohibited personnel practices” were utilized to tap Brinton for the position of Deputy Assistant Secretary for Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition.
“Undue political influence and preferences were applied” at the DoE in selecting Brinton for the job, which he is totally unqualified to hold, the letter goes on to state, the signatory of which is designated as “Long-serving public servant at the U.S. Department of Energy.”
Brinton’s “background is limited to select advocacy work and an academic background at the graduate-degree level, which together satisfy requirements for the competitive placement of a qualified GS-11 in federal career service, not a high-standing member of the SES,” it adds, SES being short for Senior Executive Service, which is the civil service grade equivalent of general officer or flag officer rank.
“There is concern that making personnel selection decisions for career positions based on political considerations and gender-fluid identity as (a) means of exerting political influence over the workforce, and at the expense of other better-qualified candidates, is not the intent of the U.S. civil service laws or the U.S. constitution,” the letter continues.
Anonymous whistleblower calls for “immediate investigation” into Brinton’s hiring
Transgender and drag queen fetishes seem to be a hallmark of the Biden regime, which is packing every department it can with males pretending to be females, females pretending to be males, and everything in between.
Brinton’s appointment is just one of a long line of LGBT hires within the Biden regime that bears all the same hallmarks of the Barack Hussein Obama regime, which was another nonstop LGBT “Pride” parade in the White House.
Whoever this DoE insider is, has one thing on his or her mind: seeing Brinton’s appointment fully investigated, immediately, because he has no business being in his current position.
Prior to becoming a key member of the Biden regime, Brinton defended a male escort website that was raided by federal agents for enabling prostitution and making it easy for underage boys to participate, meaning it was also involved in pedophilia.
There is no word as of yet whether any “immediate investigation,” as the anonymous whistleblower called for, has commenced. As we learn more, we will report on it in future articles.

Sam Brinton goes by the name Sister Ray Dee O’Active while participating in a group called the Order of Perpetual Indulgence – a non-profit group who dress up as nuns to raise awareness of sexual intolerance and transphobia. Brinton, 34, lives in Rockville, Maryland, with their husband Kevin.
Last month, they proudly announced on LinkedIn that they had accepted the job of Deputy Assistant Secretary of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition in the Office of Nuclear Energy for the Department of Energy. The White House is yet to confirm their appointment to the role. Brinton said they were the first ‘gender fluid’ person to accept a role in federal government leadership. The Washington Examiner also reports that they served as a nuclear waste adviser in the Trump administration.
Brinton’s past is a colorful one. Born in the 1987, their parents Peggy Jo and Stephen Brinton are Southern Baptists who belong now to the First Baptist Church of Perry, Iowa. The couple have three children – Sam, Rachel and Daniel.
They appear to maintain a close bond with their two youngest kids but were not present at Sam’s wedding to Kevin in 2019.
Brinton is not shy online about their sexual proclivities.
In 2016, they took part in a Metro Weekly article about enjoying the genre of sexual fetish known as pup play, where they talked about ‘handling’ their ‘pup’ Nubi and why they feel judged by people who assume they like to have sex with animals.

‘I like to think of Daddy Fauci looking down on us and singing this type of a song to the young people in his life,’ they said.
They then burst into a song about being one’s self and not apologizing for sexuality.

Brinton’s new job – Deputy Assistant Secretary of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition in the Office of Nuclear Energy
Brinton’s role is in the Office of Nuclear Energy. Responsibilities include ‘planning, evaluations and preparations for transport and disposal of spent nuclear fuel and high-level waste and the possibility of interim storage for spent nuclear fuel’.
They will be expected to conduct ‘system analyses’ at plans and come up with solutions to safely transport, store and dispose of nuclear waste around the country.
Brinton will likely report to William J. Boyle Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary, Office of Spent Fuel & Waste Disposition.
The Department, on its website, lists ‘identifying potential functional and operational requirements’, ‘examining interim storage design configurations’ and planning for ‘transportation of radioactive materials’ among responsibilities.
It’s unclear exactly how much they will be paid for the role.
The average Department of Energy salary was $98,000 in 2019.
In their bio on the Sisters’ website, they say: ‘I honestly didn’t think I could join until I was older and more worthy of the honor of being a Sister until one night at a gala dinner in Boston, Sister Eunice X smiled at me and told me that there was no need to wait. It was then I began my journey.
‘My first months as an Altered Boy for the Boston Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence gave me a glimpse into the beautiful world of promulgating universal joy and expiating stigmatic guilt.

Brinton also claims to have inspired young kids by wearing stilettos to Disney Land, and says they once received a letter from the mother of a young boy who saw them in Florida in teetering heels.
Brinton, speaking to San Diego Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual News in 2016, said the letter read: ‘When my gay son saw you walk by he just sat down and started to cry a little, I was so confused!
‘But then he whimpered “It’s true, Mom. WE can be our own princess here.”‘
In a 2018 op-ed for The New York Times, Brinton told of the excruciating conversion therapy they were subjected to as a child.
They were given electric shocks while being forced to watch gay porn – it was an attempt to train their mind into associating being gay with the pain and shame.
They are an advocate to make conversion therapy illegal around the world.
Brinton has worked for LGBTQ organizations and nuclear waste organizations in the past.
They say they visited the Obama White House ‘in heels’ to consult the then President and First Lady on LGBTQ issues.
They did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com’s inquiries on Thursday morning, and the White House is yet to confirm their role.
