This photo was sent to us … explaining it was one of the “perps” who had molested my son and others. We gave it to the police and the Missing Children’s Center. They told us the man is “dead and there is a device around his neck called a ligature”. They are currently investigating to also learn the identity of this man. Again, if anyone viewing my website knows who this man might be…. please contact me below.
