On page 22 of the pdf corresponding to page 15 of this book he mentions how the Satanists will condition people to be promiscuous homosexual pedophiles and education will socially condition children to be sexual beings. On page 36 (pdf) he writes about boys in girls clothes involved in prostitution and pornography.
