Howard Rubin sexual assault lawsuit: A former Wall St financier has been alleged to have violently beat and sexually assaulted women in a high stakes double life existence.

Howard ‘Howie’ Rubin a former portfolio manager for an investment fund founded by financier George Soros has become embroiled in a $27m lawsuit in which the financier has been accused of sexually assaulting women at his Manhattan penthouse dungeon.

Rubin, 62, whose dealings were featured in ‘Liar’s Poker’ and‘The Big Short’ according to Thursday’s 63 page Brooklyn filed federal suit rented a lavish Metropolitan Tower pad midtown where he indulged in brutal sexual assault.

According to a report via the nypost, the married Wall St banker who made regular appearances on the social circuit led a double life where he paid women between $2-$5K per session along with up to $5K ‘hush’ money in relation to injuries incurred.

The suit cites three unidentified Florida model plaintiffs — including two Playboy Playmates — claiming the married father raped and beat them to the point that they needed extensive medical attention in four different incidents during 2016.

At the $8 million penthouse, they were shown to a side room featuring ropes, chains and sex toys along with other BDSMequipment.

Rubin gagged, tied up and ‘viciously abused the women,’ even punching one in the head, the suit filed by civil lawyer John Balestriere said.

During one alleged assault, Rubin is claimed to have said, ‘I’m going to rape you like I rape my daughter.’

Another alleged session, claims the high stakes financier beating one of the women’s ‘breasts so badly that her right implant flipped.’

At the time, the former Bear Stearns trader paid her $20,000 to repair the damage.

Another incident alleges one of the plaintiffs being tied up, gagged and shocked with a cattle prod in her groin before Rubin allegedly raped her.

Despite their ordeal, one of the women introduced him to another of her friends, claiming she was afraid of what he may do to her if she did not appear to appease him. Rubin allegedly paid her $2,000 for the introduction to the third woman.

Howard Rubin sexual assault lawsuit identifies three other fixers:

Rubin — who collaborated with two female fixers, identified as Stephanie ShonJennifer Powers, and lawyer Yifat Schnur, had the women sign non-disclosure agreements according to the filed suit.

The trio sought to ‘cover up Rubin’s sexual misconduct and criminal abuse of women and to serve as a cover for his wide-ranging human trafficking scheme,’ wrote Balestriere.

Along with Rubin, the financier’s handlers were also named in the suit reported the dailymail.

Rubin’s associates Stephanie Shon and Jennifer Powers, a former model herself who claimed to have slept with Rubin before starting to work for him, allegedly offered the plaintiffs thousands of dollars and free flights to New York to appear in photo-shoots and offer Rubin ‘companionship’.

Once they were in the city, they say they were took cabs to the penthouse from the airport and were met by his employees who forced them to sign NDAs before they could meet him.

Noted a passage in the filed suit, ‘Powers assured her that Rubin was “a great guy,” and would not do anything to make her feel uncomfortable. Powers told her that if she ever felt uncomfortable she could simply ask to leave, and would not only be allowed to do so, but would still be paid the initial $2,000 for her time.’

Told Jeremy Saland one of the plaintiff’s lawyers, While arrogance and self-import may convince certain men otherwise, neither money nor power gives any person the right to victimize a woman.’

Rubin, who is blamed for incurring $377million of losses at Merrill Lynch in 1987 has to date declined to respond to media overtures in relations to the allegations against him.

Rubin has been married since the 1980s to his former Harvard Business School classmate Mary Henry. They have three children together whom they raised on NYC’s Upper East side while also maintaining appearances and residence at the upmarket Hamptons.

It wasn’t immediately clear if Rubin’s immediate inner circle, wife or children were aware of the socialite’s alleged double life….
