Harvard Professor Admits His Efforts To Turn Electoral College Against Trump Have Failed Miserably

Harvard Professor Admits His Efforts To Turn Electoral College Against Trump Have Failed Miserably

We Are Change

A few days ago we wrote about the Harvard Professor, Larry Lessig, who was offering free legal services to any Republican elector willing to consider switching their vote from Trump to any other candidate when the electoral college meets on December 19th (see “Harvard Professor Says He’s Rallied Nearly Enough GOP Electors To Block Trump“).    At the time, Lessig said he was in active discussions with 20 electors, all of whom he claimed had vowed to switch their votes.

For once, Hillary actually said it best: “some people are sore losers…”

Investigative Radio,” the disaffected, leftist, sore loser admits that his efforts to disrupt the 2016 presidential election have been a colossal failure and will likely result in only a handful of electors switching their votes.  Per Breitbart:

“But I think that we are not going to see more than a handful who actually vote against Donald Trump unless that number climbs above 40. Because I think there are many people who think it is just not worth it given especially the pretty explicit threats that have been made against the electors who exercise their constitutional prerogative.”

Of course, with Trump earning 306 electoral college votes on November 8th, Lessig needed to pool a group of at least 37 electors to push the election to Congress.  But with Congress controlled by Republicans, Klein asked the “triggered” Lessig whether his efforts were an exercise in futility as Trump would almost certainly be elected anyway.  Apparently anything that would keep hope alive for just a little longer was worth the effort to Lessig who said “in the House there are a lot of things that could happen.”

“You know, in the House there are a lot of things that could happen. You know, people could judge the fact that he was the first president to be denied the nomination of the Electoral College for reasons like this. There was a vice president in 1836 who was denied. But he would be the first president as a kind of fatal blow. And in that House, the Republicans might consider, ‘Well, is there another candidate?’ It would have to be among the top three vote-getters of the Electoral College. But is there another candidate who we should nominate instead? And that’s why people have been talking about alternatives like [Republican Ohio Gov. John] Kasich. Or it could be anybody who gets the votes of the Electoral College that are in the top three. And such a move might actually for the nation be incredibly important to get beyond the horrendous political partisan divide that we now find ourselves in.  That might be a good reason for them to act like that.”

Indian Businessman Gifts 90 Homes To Homeless For His Daughter’s Wedding Gift

We Are Change

A Indian businessman named Ajay Munot, has donated 90 houses to the homeless instead of spending the more than $97,000 U.S. Dollars as a gift to his daughter Shreya’s wedding celebrating her marriage.

Ajay Munot, is a trader of cloth and wheat, Munot constructed a colony for the homeless people of west India consisting of 90 homes, on 2 acres of land the homes are 12 by 20 sq. Ft with two windows, and two doors small homes but none the less a place to stay sleep and live for these people who once had nothing.

But Mr. Munot didn’t only provide houses for them, he also saw to it personally that these people all got clean filtered drinking water, which many did not have access to before Mr. Munot stepped in to potentially save their lives.

The filtered water system goes into each of their homes.

The only stipulations that were placed by Munot for families to receive these homes were the following they needed to be poor, live in a slum and third they could not have some sort of drug addiction.

Luke Rudkowski was personally over in India and he saw first hand the poverty levels and how local people were coming together during a currency reset to help each other out not panicking but sharing the wealth and resources in an honor and trust system in a good sense of community. India though is known to be a poverty driven country.

In a video of the bride Speaking to ANI,  Shreya said she “was very happy with the decision and considers it a great wedding gift” and that they both agreed that it was for a better cause.

After their wedding, the bride and groom happily handed out the keys to the new homes and chose homeless families who were over joyed to get off the streets and begin living a life.

The formerly homeless people are already said to be benefiting, with one woman reported to have said she is happy now that she and her family do not have to deal with the problems of accessing basic needs such as water and electricity according to The Free Press Journal.

What do you think of her father’s decision? More kind gestures such as this is what’s needed in the world in my own opinion now if we can just convince the billion dollar businessmen over in the U.S. to open up their hearts and their wallets to do the same over here to all the homeless people out there on the streets every time their daughters get married.

WIKILEAKS: Germans Now Believe BND Leak Was An Insider After Erroneously Claiming It Was Russian Hackers

We Are Change

After accusing a foreign power taking one out of the U.S scape goat book blaming Russian hackers for the BND leak of thousands of documents on NSA investigation committee. German authorities Bundestagspolizei are now looking for the perpetrators of the leak not in cyberspace but in the German parliament’s own walls.

German spies now claim that WikiLeaks’ BND files were not hacked by Russia after all and source is an insider. https://t.co/ZhmgFf68Lzpic.twitter.com/JLFzFsUfIa

— WikiLeaks (@wikileaks) December 17, 2016

The German magazine ” Der Spiegel” reported that “a violation of secrecy and a special duty of secrecy” is confirmed, a Bundestag spokesman confirmed.

According to the report,  German security authorities are convinced that it was not hackers who had stolen the 2,420 documents published by the international whistle-blower organization Wikileaks in early December. It may have been someone from within parliament who leaked the data  “Contrary to various media reports, there is absolutely no indication that the documents were stolen during a cyberattack on the Bundestag in the year 2015,” Der Spiegel writes, citing its own source. Back then, alleged Russian hackers seized 16 GB of information.

According to WikiLeaks, the approximately 2400 documents come from various federal agencies such as the Bundesnachrichtendienst and the federal offices for constitutional protection and security in information technology. The documents are intended to provide evidence of cooperation between the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) and the BND.

Last week, Frankfurter Allegemeine Sonntagszeiting reported erroneously that, according to a top security official, it was likely WikiLeaks got its material from the alleged Russian hackers.

The allegation, was then countered by a German MP from the Green Party (Bundnis 90/Die Grunen), Konstantin von Notz.

Who said that “When the 2015 hacker attack was investigated, it was specifically stated that the NSA investigation committee was not affected,”  Konstantin von Notz. told Der Tagespiegel.

An unnamed spokesperson confirmed, “Following the release of confidential documents from the NSA Investigation Committee [in the German parliament], the Bundestag police are investigating the perpetrators in the parliament,” according to Der Spiegel.

On December 1st, 2016, Wikileaks released long sought proof between the broad collaboration of the BND and NSA as well as other spy agencies with the BND NSA documents.

The documents were part of an ongoing inquiry started in 2013 by the German parliament into the extent of collaboration between the BND and U.S. National Intelligence Agency (NSA) after former NSA employee, Edward Snowden leaked a cache of documents that exposed a broad global spying network operating across the globe that involved the NSA, GCHQ and other agencies including the BND.

Snowden was asked to testify about what went on at the NSA between the two agencies but was later told that his safety wouldn’t be guaranteed and his extradition was likely.

On November 21st, 2016, almost two weeks before Wikileaks dropped the BND documents Germany’s Federal Court of Justice upheld the complaint and ruled that the committee was obliged to hear Edward Snowden in person. However, three days later, Chancellor Angela Merkel’s Union bloc and the Social Democrats removed Snowden’s invitation from the agenda of the inquiry and are contesting the Court’s decision.

One revelation of the recently leaked Wikileaks BND documents was that German intelligence acted on behalf of the NSA while spying on their own citizens and abroad, causing an uproar of protest among the German public and local officials.
