WATER WAR CRIMES OF B.C. CANADA-LEGAL DOCUMENTS EXPOSE EXTREME CORRUPTION!

The following Notice of Intent to File A Claim under NAFTA was served on the Government of Canada in 1998. Further down the page is the Notice of Claim and Demand for Arbitration filed against Canada in October 1999.

In accordance with the provisions of the NAFTA, SUN BELT WATER INC. and its legal counsel attempted to resolve the dispute through good faith consultations and negotiations. The Government of Canada initially stated that they wish to have complete transparency but soon went into complete cover up and refused to disclose any documents.

When the Government of Canada refused to negotiate a settlement SUN BELT WATER INC. filed its NOTICE OF CLAIM AND DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION claiming $10.5 billion USD which is probably low.

The amount of the claim went up from theat in the Notice of Intent to File A Claim because, between 1998 and 1999 Canada and the United States made an agreement that no water could be extracted from the Great Lakes for export purposes and this increased the value of the remaining water tremendously.

The Government of Canada has lied and publically denied it was served with the Notice of Claim and Demand for Arbitration but we have proof that it acknowledged service.

Several of the key witness in Canada that would incriminate the Canadian government have conveniently been killed by sudden heart attacks and sudden cancer.

In 1998 and 1999 players in the Water War Crimes and their cover up were still alive.

They were laughing at Sun Belt Water Inc. its CEO Jack Lindsey, its lawyer John Carten and Ms. Karen Gibbs an innocent victim who offered assistance to Mr. Carten.

They suffered from the arrogance of power and thought they were above the law and above retribution but their days were numbered and now many of them lie buried in the Graveyard of the Guilty which is a web page on this site dedicated to the memory of the criminals involved in the Water War Crimes and more of them will die soon.

Unfortunately, the Governments of Canada and British Columbia refused to meet their responsibilities to compensate the victims of their abuses of power and so those victims retaliated and, now, well over 30 of the abusers are dead and more will die soon because a price must be paid whether they like it or not.
